In order to buy on, the user must have a physical address in United States as Low Cost Garden does not provide international delivery to other countries.

1. Shopping guide

To order directly on the website:

Customers search for products on the website, choose the type of tree and the size they want. Then, on the product page, you can tap on “Add to cart” to save the product in the shopping cart. This way you can place an order directly.

After tapping on “Buy Now”, indicate your preferred quantity and product variation. Once confirmed, you will be directed to the Shopping Cart page.

Or come directly to the Low Cost Garden’s store to choose the products you want.

Order via email

You can place an order by emailing us at with the following information:

  • The name of the product you want to buy, the quantity you need.
  • Delivery address: Home, Company …
  • The name of the recipient and phone number to contact us.
  • ⇒ We will reply within 60 minutes.

2. Order processing

  • Step 1: You choose the patterns and types of plants, materials, and tools. You can choose on the website and order according to your own requirements.
    Step 2: Low Cost Garden will receive information and inquiries from customers. We contact, confirm the order and advise the customers.
    Step 3: Low Cost Garden will pack and ship within 1-2 days.
    Step 4: Customer receives the products and pays for the order.

3. Shopping cart check out

  • 1. Select the products you want and “Check out”.
  • 2. Enter or edit your delivery address.
  • 3. Choose your shipping option, and leave a message to the seller if you have specific details to include.
  • 4. Tap on  “Place Order” to complete the process.

4. Payment

Payments Types Accepted: Cash on Delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery as a payment method. Instead of paying upfront, customers get to examine on-site, then pay for it once they deem the package fitting and satisfactory. You can then remit payment to the shipping company, which relays the payment back to us. Conversely, customers could also deny payment if the package is not up to your requirements.

The ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment term is usually discussed and agreed upon before the finalization of the sale. When COD is the agreed-upon payment terms, this means that the payment is collected at delivery, instead of before the products are shipped.

It is important to clarify that the payment must still be gathered before the handover of the products, preventing delivery in the case that payment is not provided.

5. Shipping information

We will handle, package and ship the products you order with the utmost care to ensure a healthy delivery. Shipping and handling charges are $40 per order. Please note that some items include an additional handling surcharge, these will be noted on the item’s product page.

We believe that we have created an almost perfect method to bring healthy plants from our nursery to your home. Most of the orders will be shipped 1-2 days after you place your order.

5. Cancel an order

You may cancel your plant order prior to shipment for a full refund. However, once we have notified you that the order has shipped you may no longer cancel it for a refund. To cancel an order email Please be sure to reference your order number.

6. Return

Sales are permanent. We guarantee all products to be high quality, true to type, and properly shipped. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your items ordered you may refuse to take delivery of all or part of your order and do not have to pay for anything.

No, there is no minimum shipping amount.

  • How do you ship?

We use multiple shippers. We ship the plants with the carrier who will provide the quickest and most beneficial shipping for the orders.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us one day prior to your shipping date.

  • Do you offer wholesale prices?

Currently we do not offer wholesale prices.

  • How safe is your site?

Our cart uses SSL encryption to ensure that no one can eavesdrop and get access to your personal information. In addition, we never store your credit card information, because we want to ensure that your account number will not fall into the wrong hands. The information is sent securely to the card processor and is never stored by our files or databases.

  • Where do I create a shipping address?

To send your order to a shipping address different from your billing address, select “Different Ship Address” during the checkout process on the page where you enter your billing address.
