What are the sizes of your pots?
We have 3 sizes of pots. The small pot (for our small plants) has a diameter of 5-6 inches and is 5 inches tall. The medium pot (for our medium plants) has a diameter of 7-8 inches and is 7 inches tall. The large pot (for our large and sometimes extra-large plants) has a diameter of 10-12 inches and is 10.25 inches tall.
Will my houseplant look like whats in the picture?
The pictures are of mature plants only. You will see the actual size of the plant in product description Your plant will arrive healthy and undamaged, pre-potted in one of our Modern planter of your choosing.
Why does my plant look different then the picture online?
All live plants and pottery will have variations in color, texture, finish, and size. While we make every effort to display our pots and plants as accurate as possible, there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online.
What’s the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, simply go to our Track My Order Page and insert your order number. You are always welcome to reach out via firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
What if I need to edit my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to process your request & see if its possible to do so. There’s a human behind each response! Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to get back to you.
When will my plants arrive?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. In rare circumstances, it may take up to 5-10 business days to ship in order to ensure your new plant(s) arrive happy, healthy, and in the most premium form possible. From there, the transit time depends on your shipping zip code.
Do I need to be present for my plant delivery?
Preferably yes, someone must be available to receive the delivery. (This can be via a shipping room in a large office building or with a concierge.) If you don’t think anyone will be there, you can give us permission to leave the delivery in a specified safe and accessible area in the checkout notes.
What if my plant or pot arrived damaged?
We guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of all our plants. In the rare occasion that your plant and/or pot was damaged during shipping, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
Just send us your order number and a photo of your damaged plant, email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can determine the condition of your order and send a replacement when necessary.
If the plant you ordered is no longer in season, you will be advised to pick another plant of the same size for your replacement.
Can I return or exchange my plant/pot after I receive it?
We guarantee all lowcostgarden.com products to be high quality, true to type, and properly shipped. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your items ordered you may refuse to take delivery of all or part of your order and contact us for a refund. Refunds are given for plant and gardening supplies quality issues such as damage in shipment, pest or disease infestation, or if the wrong plant was shipped.
Since we do not offer return because customers have the right to refuse to take delivery orders when they are not 100% satisfied, we do have a 1-year guarantee. See more at Terms and conditions
