Which courier company do you use?
Most orders are sent by the couriers of FedEx, UPS or DHL. Seeds are sent by Royal Mail post. Pallets are sent by PalletForce.
Do you ship outside of the US?
At present we can only ship to US postal addresses, but we hope to change this in the future.
What’s the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, simply go to our Track My Order Page and insert your order number. You are always welcome to reach out via email@example.com with any questions.
What if I need to edit my order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to process your request & see if its possible to do so. There’s a human behind each response! Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to get back to you.
When will my orders arrive?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. In rare circumstances, it may take up to 2-3 business days to ship in order to ensure your orders arrive happy, healthy, and in the most premium form possible. From there, the transit time depends on your shipping zip code.
Will everything I order arrive together?
We ship orders in full with all items sent at the same time. However we do package items separately for ease of handling by the couriers and to prevent damages, but this does occasionally result in a split delivery.
Do I need to be present for my order’s delivery?
Preferably yes, someone must be available to receive the delivery. (This can be via a shipping room in a large office building or with a concierge.) If you don’t think anyone will be there, you can give us permission to leave the delivery in a specified safe and accessible area in the checkout notes.
What if my orders arrived damaged?
We guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of all our products. On the rare occasion that your product was damaged during shipping, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
Just send us your order number and a photo of your damaged items, email us directly at email@example.com so we can determine the condition of your order and send a replacement when necessary.
Can I return or exchange my products after I receive it?
We guarantee all lowcostgarden.com products to be high quality, true to type, and properly shipped. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your items ordered you may refuse to take delivery of all or part of your order and contact us for a refund. Refunds are given for plant and gardening supplies quality issues such as damage in shipment, pest or disease infestation, or if the wrong plant was shipped.
Since we do not offer returns because customers have the right to refuse to take delivery orders when they are not 100% satisfied, we do have a 1-month guarantee. See more at Terms and conditions
